SISS Virtual Seminars: History of Sciences and beyond

18 June-16 July 2020, 6.00 pm

A series of three seminars on-line has been organized by the Italian Society for the History of Science (SISS) in order to present the research of young Italian scholars. This initiative is linked to and intends to promote the 9th Conference of the European Society for the History of Science (ESHS), organized by the University of Bologna and SISS, which will be held for the first time on-line from 31 August to 3 September 2020.
Each seminar will last approximately one hour in total (a 20-minute talk, 30 minutes for discussion) and will be chaired by Monica Azzolini (University of Bologna) and by a senior scholar, expert of the presented topic, who will also act as commentator.
The seminar will be held in English. Questions can be answered in both Italian and English.
It will take place on Google Meet.
